Results: One abandoned distressed property was rehabilitated in partnership with HPD (local city agency). As a result 8 families who were facing homelessness were provide the solution of affordable housing. We encourage community involvement and participation. The tenants were given free workshops and as a result formed a reputable Tenant Association.
