Causes: International, International Academic Exchange
Mission: The renaissance project is a small not-for-profit based in land o' lakes, florida that gives bright, deserving young people from around the world a chance at their american dream. The renaissance project provides these students and their families with amazing opportunities. We house, feed, and clothe our students, while our partner school academy at the lakes, helps prepare them for college and beyond. Together, along with our network of friends and supporters, we help steward each child as they grow to become adults, ambassadors, and the future leaders of our world. For the past three years we have partnered with united schools to run a "revenue generating" program with traditional paying students.
Programs: The largest part of our program was our boarding program. This program used revenue generated from paying students to underwrite the charity students enrolled.
gleb's college. Gleb is our first graduate from the charity program we run and while we no longer provide for his day to day expenses, we do provide support to bridge the gap between what the college scholarship covers and what the real cost are (includes things like healthcare, books, travel, etc. )
