Mission: The mission of the Region IV Development Association is to make sustainable community development happen in South-Central Idaho. Community development includes the aspects of community infrastructure, economic and human resource development. To accomplish this, the Association assumes both a leadership role and a supportive role. Region IV Development is a tool to be utilized by our cities and counties in their efforts to improve their communities.
Programs: Economic Development Administration (EDA) Planning Grant; U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program: Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) - loan processing/servicing; Intermediary Relending Program Idaho Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) program; Economic Development Administration Public Works grant program;
