Mission: Our program is entitled: redwood city ice theatre. The purposes of our program are to instruct and train youth in ice skating in order for them to improve and develop their skills, and promote the arts. We further our purposes under this program by conducting a competitive theatrical ice skating team for youth. The organization served 30 competitive team members and 40 participants in our introduction to ice theatre program, for a total of 70 individuals. Additionally, team members mentor developmentally disabled children learning to ice skate as part of a special skaters program. The redwood city ice theatre team competed in national and international competitions in 2011, and performed exhibitions in various ice skating events in the local area.
Programs: The skaters were able to compete in various competitions.
