Rebecca's Reason

My husband and I, as well as our entire family, would like to thank Rebecca's Reason for helping us with our daughter, Riley Anne-Marie Smith's funeral service. We were not expecting Riley's loss...she was a double rainbow baby as we had experienced two previous losses in 2019 and we learned after Riley's loss I may have a blood clotting disorder we weren't aware of.
Riley's loss was very unexpected, and we didn't have any savings put back for a funeral. I volunteer for a pregnancy and infant loss organization, but we were unable to assist in our situation since I serve on the Board of Directors. I am so happy to see organizations working with other organizations when the unexpected happens.
Rebecca's Reason is a very worthy cause and I hope you choose to donate to them. They have helped lots of families. Our family specifically cannot express enough the gratitude we feel for Rebecca, Sarah, and all of Rebecca's Reason staff and donors for what they do. You all are absolutely amazing.

The most amazing family! They do so much to help those in need!

On October 20, 2022 our sweet baby girl Blake was born still at 35 weeks. Rebecca's Reason helped ease the process during some of our darkest days by taking care of the cremation expenses. Words cannot fully express our appreciation for their kindness, generosity, and support. Thank you for all that you do.

1984 was the year I had a stillborn baby girl at 34 weeks. There were no comfort measures given to me, husband or family. We just grieved alone and went through the motions. When introduced to Rebecca’s Reason I saw intervention of concern, compassion, interest in the families on the whole experiencing the loss of a child at any stage of death. The fund raising organized by this charity goes above and beyond to raise awareness of their desire to support these families through their grief.

Such a blessing to have Rebeccas Reason. They help so many families at a very sad time. Im proud to say they are my family. God Bless

I learned about Rebecca's Reason from a friend of mine and got on the band wagon, The voulantures and board do everything possible to help people with needs like hospital bills and final intermediate for their child that they can't afford.

I have seen all of the hard work this non profit does to help families during tough times. They are compassionate and really care about what they do.

Out of grief and dispare Rebecca's Reason was created. They have helped so many families that are in need of help for their child. I am proud to help this great cause.

Rebecca’s Reason is mostly run by family members. They started it after they lost a little angel named Rebecca. They reached up through their pain of losing this special girl to help other families going through the same type of heartbreak. I don’t know how they keep going after hearing all the painful stories from other families with similar losses. They reach into their heart and work so very hard to help families who have lost their babies and try to help as many as possible. It is heartbreaking for them to have to turn some people away because of lack of funds. This is a very trustworthy charity that I would love to see get famous so they can help more people in need. Thank God there are people in this world that can do this.

When my first granddaughter was born stillborn, I was heartbroken and sad. when it was time for funeral arrangements, I didn't know what to do or how would we pay. we were definitely not prepared for this. I started googling for help and Rebeccas's Reason popped up and I was a bit nervous because I never asked for help like this and I was afraid of being turned away but thinking about how my granddaughter needs to be buried I emailed them and I got an email back. It made my heart smile for my granddaughter. Rebecca's Reason helped me, my daughter and family bury my granddaughter and I will always be grateful to Rebecca's Reason. thank you so much for the help.

Rebecca’s Reason is a great and caring organization. They have helped over 300 families nationwide since their founding in 2016. The charity helps families of children that receive a life ending diagnosis with medical bills or funeral.

I've been following Rebecca's Reason since it's inception and have witnessed their very hard work and dedication throughout, with a variety of fundraisers. All to help other parents in need, after losing their child. It is a profoundly thoughtful and compassionate thing to do and I only wish I was able to donate more to the cause.

Very dedicated to their mission, They turned their grief into a meaningful cause. Helping other families in the worst possible times. They turned the loss of Rebecca into helping ease the pain for other families

My one year old granddaughter Laiia passed away suddenly on 9/11/21 and we were devastated. My daughter has three other children and she was the baby. As a grandmother this hits me two ways because my baby is suffering and her mom can’t fix it and my grand baby passed and my heart is broken. While trying to help my daughter care for my other grand babies and plan Laiia’s services finances were very tight but we were referred by the funeral to Rebecca’s Reason and they blessed our family!!!! Be blessed and thank u again ������������������������

In April, our son Oliver was lost due to stillbirth. We struggled to pay for costs for the funeral and hospital. Rebecca's paid for half of my hospital costs. They were very quick and kind. I would recommend their services to anyone in our situation. We are forever grateful for their help in a hard time for us.

I gave birth to my sleeping baby on October 3, 2019. We don’t have an answer as to why our baby girl is taken away from us. My pregnancy is amazing. I am healthy and my baby girl is very active. The day I went on labor they couldn’t find a heartbeat....

We are emotionally and financially suffering, that’s when I found Rebecca’s Reason.

They are genuine people who really help families in need. I did not know where to get the money to take care of my baby’s cremation and niche/plot. Rebecca’s Reason helped me by paying the cremation in full. I can’t thank them enough for the huge help.

I love what this group does for families. They are not for profit, instead they are here to truly help families in need. They help with guidance when a tragedy has happened and take some of the monitary burden off the family.
Each event that is held is always top notch and worthwhile .

So thankful for Rebecca’s Reason. This nonprofit organization truly works to help families out that have medically frail children.

After losing my baby girl only 21hrs after her birth in sept 2018. I was lost I was the only income for my family and was out of work due to having my girl. Rebeccas reason paid my babies headstone. I've never seen something so beautiful in my life. I will forever be grateful.

Rebecca's Reason helped me out in the time of need, I lost my granddaughter and we we're unable to come up with the proper funds to bury her and when I contacted Rebecca's Reason, they helped me and my family out in no time. I truly felt the amazing support they gave us just by helping us bury my granddaughter.

Rebecca's Reason was a blessing to us. They were able to help us with outstanding medical bills from losing our baby boy Ryan in February 2018. This gave us a little bit of sunshine during our storm. Sarah was professional and extremely fast to work with in receiving our relief. We plan on giving back to the cause when we are in a better financial position.

I donate to Rebecca's Reason because the are doing such amazing work, helping family's during their time of heartbreak and need.

I love Rebecca's Reason! The time and effort and heart put into not only the fundraising but the education and the love for families who are going through a parent's worst nightmare makes them my absolute go to when sharing and recommending Nonprofits to donate to.

My sister's daughter was still born fourteen years ago and I only wish there had been any organization like Rebecca's Reason to support her in her grief. The work these folks are doing is heartbreaking but necessary and needed and a profound ministry.

This is what love is. Sarah lost her child, and works hard to help others who are going through the same experiences.

They immediately helped me when my son passed . Within 2 weeks I had a headstone for him delievered to my door . They inspired me to make comfort baskets for other grieving moms . The best organization is them ❤️

Very worthy organization doing very worthy work! The work they do is something no one wants to deal with but the passion they work with and the pride they take in their work is second to none.

I have the utmost respect for Sarah and Rebecca's Reason. It is always nice to see someone who has suffered so much turn that around to help others. This nonprofit helps people through one of the worst tragedies anyone could live through - the loss of their child. I look forward to watching Rebecca's Reason grow and flourish!

It is such a great nonprofit started by a woman with not only the biggest heart in the world but also a woman who has lived through (and continues to live through) a terrible thing that she has turned into a positive. This is a very well ran nonprofit with a lot of great people behind it, all with a common goal. Help those who need it and help them through something that most of us cannot even imagine. Such a wonderful family taking the opportunity to make all aware of Trisomy 18 and the support families need with these children! Such a beautiful testimony of personal loss, which has created this GREAT organization of support! Now families can feel like they aren't alone!!!

Rebecca's Reason is working constantly to raise awareness and to help families touched by the loss of their children. We all know of or have heard of the pain and grief that families dealing with loss go through, and each member of the board are dealing with this and have a loving and giving heart for others.
