I am a retired literacy specialist. I actually used this wonderful program the year after I retired when I tutored students. But let me tell you, Readworks, totally saved me, especially during the pandemic, when everything went online. But even before that! It is the best program for teaching students in my groups, because the text are short, high interest, and just a perfect dose for instruction. There is such a wide variety of fiction and nonfiction. And the questions after each selection are fantastic. My students would feel so good to see their progress. When I was tutoring, I worked with a student from Korea, who had limited English. Everything in the private school was too hard for her. I was supposed to be working with her on her curriculum. But every time I saw her, she begged to read stories from Readworks. Thank you. Read Works for making the job of a teacher so much easier.
