Reading Around The World Literacy Initiative as RAWLI has shown a greater love to African kids. If a group of people use their health, time and resources with an intention to educate the poor African kids, what greater love do we expect other than this. As the images attest we were provided with devices e.g. tablets along with educational apps installed on them.
If they are too kind to us, why shouldn't I volunteer.
I have really enjoyed volunteering for Reading Around the World! It's so encouraging to see how rapidly the students learn. After building a library at Gerezani Primary School, student test scores rose significantly - the school went from being ranked 63rd in the region to being ranked 23rd! It's a joy to invest in the lives of teachers in Tanzania who are good stewards of our resources, genuinely seeking to help students obtain a quality education.
