Programs: Annual conference: the reaching out lgbtq mba & business graduate conference (also known as the romba conference) is the annual conference of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (lgbtq) graduate business school students - the largest gathering of lgbtq business students in the world. The conference presents a dynamic line-up of industry speakers, workshops, and panelists representing all sectors of the business community, from finance and entrepreneurship to non-profits and entertainment and media. Annually the conference has over 1,400 students, prospective lgbtq mbas and business graduates, professional business leaders, alumni and recruiters participated in the annual romba conference.

romba fellowship: the reaching out lgbtq mba fellowship was created as a joint effort between top business school programs and reaching out to demonstrate that business schools are the top destination to develop the out lgbt and active ally business leaders of tomorrow. The lgbtq mba fellowship recipients each receive a minimum of $10,000 scholarship per academic year from their business schools, and also receive access to exclusive mentorship and leadership development programming through reaching out. Thirty-eight schools from the us, canada, the uk and france awarded fellowships in fy 2017 cumulatively at over $2,000,000.

out women in business: launched in 2014, the intent of this program is to bring more lbtq women into business school programs and business in general. It consists of a targeted track of programming anchored by an annual conference in nyc for all lbtq professionals and students, regardless of whether they have or plan to pursue an mba.
