As REACH Memphis fundraising coach during the first year of Tiffani Morrow Smith's leadership as Executive Director, I celebrate the new emphasis on a strategic plan for funding one of Memphis' oldest college preparatory programs. There is a vibrant mix of outreach to alumni, individuals and institutional funders combined with a new schedule of events to share insights with younger students and their families as well as for fundraising.
There is a new imagining of this legacy organization founded through the collaboration of both the Memphis Volunteer Placement Center, as a volunteer effort of Cecile Prager, and as a program of the Memphis Rotary Foundation. This new year of 2025, provides a wonderful time to join REACH Mempis' mission.

Mission: Memphis prep program works with high achieving junior and senior high school students in the memphis city school system by coordinating their participation in summer academic/enrichment programs throughout the united states and by providing mentoring and college preparation workshops/activities to help students enroll in college.
Programs: Reach memphis helps high achieving students from shelby county schools succeed in high school, college and beyond using a continuum of services including summer educational experiences, college readiness planning and counseling, and mentors to guide our students.
