Mission: The Rainbow of Hope Dream Center was founded in 2000 to meet the needs of underserved populations in South Miami-Dade, Fl. The neighborhoods we serve are blighted, with the majority of the residents under the poverty level. The goals of the Rainbow of Hope organization are three-fold: 1) To reach the unreached through Compassion & Consistency. providing referrals & direct services as needed 2) To empower the residents of the communities we serve and 3) To become a resource center for the individuals we reach through our services
