Mission: Christian discipleship of young adults
Programs: The discipleship training course is broken into three courses over a period of nine months. As part of this course, students attend different workshops and conferences designed to teach them leadership skills and sound decision making.
during course 1, students begin learning how to grown and develop spiritually. Many outdoor training scenarios are used as well as field trips, small growth sessions, and training conferences.
course ii offers students the opportunity to learn how to minister to the needs of others in a variety of different settings. Training during this course focuses on future industry positions, opportunities and community outreach.
course iii training prepares our students for real world career opportunities, ministry positions, missionary positions, and community leadership positions. Internshops with different churches and employers help teach the students life skills for the future. Rad has graduated seven classes of students and is currently enrolling the ninth.
