Quiet Creek Herb Farm is a non-profit educational farm nestled in the beautiful hills of Pennsylvania. The amazingly kind, generous and helpful staff and volunteers make this place absolutely incredible. They hold workshops and classes on a variety of topics including solar photovoltaics, mushroom cultivation, hi tunnel production, aromatherapy, whole grain bread baking, herbal soap making and more. The knowledge and experience that the leaders bring to this community is astounding and I am amazed by their spirit and expertise every single day. Quiet Creek is a very valuable resource for anyone looking to learn more about sustainability, small scale agriculture and healthy living and I highly recommend them. I can't wait for my next opportunity to visit, learn and volunteer at Quiet Creek.
