We are repeat customers! Pup & Cat Co. has provided our family with our bloodhound, almost 10 years ago, and our newest fur-kid, one month ago. We think they are best at what they do, and highly recommend them to anyone.
Omni FKA Boop is a Pup and Cat Co. Adoptee. I adopted her during the worst time in Covid, matter of fact I tested positive in the middle of the adoption process! I am so thankful that they were patient with me and I was not looked over because of the circumstances! I have now had Omni for over a year and I am so thankful for everything that P&C Co did to help me get her!
Omni was thought to possibly have Hip Dysplasia when she was first born and at P&C Co. They were very upfront with me about the medical cost if it were to be that she did. I am so thankful for their honesty which allowed me to be prepared just in case. Thankfully she is good to go and no problems with her hips or anything else!
Omni is one of the sweetest dogs and I have her Pup & Cat Co foster family to thanks for starting her off on the right foot!
Thank you Pup & Cat Co!!!!!
Pup and Cat goes above and beyond to rescue and re-home pets that otherwise might never know the love of a family. They really try to match the family with a perfect dog for them, so that the pet can be loved for a lifetime. The volunteers put in countless hours and deal with a fair share of heartache dealing with terrible situations, but they always exceed expectations even when the money has run dry. I cannot recommend this rescue enough.
Pup and cat helps rescue so many tough cases and provides such wonderful support to their volunteers and new pet parents. I’m so thankful for my tucker and then opportunity I’ve had with them!
In 2011 I found an emaciated dog at a Suwannee Park after the big snow storm GA received. When I reached out to a few rescues in ATL, no one had room for him. When I called a few shelters, I was told if it was a bully breed, chances were that the dog would be immediately euthanized. I had a friend who told me and Pup and Cat. Pup and Cat, without hesitation, accepted the dog as one of theirs. I became the foster mom for Chance. It took several months to get him healthy enough for adoption. It was hard to let him go, but a wonderful young lady who lived in ATL added him to her family. Chance, whose name was changed to Charlie, lived a wonderful life and was loved and spoiled till his last breath.
I recently joined this rescue as a foster. I was immediately welcomed and everyone has been very helpful with the process and making sure I have everything I need for my foster dog. Very organized and the top priority is always the animals.
I’ve been fortunate to adopt three four legged family members from Pup & Cat. All of the volunteers are amazing. It’s obvious everyone truly cares for the animals they save. I would highly recommend anyone who can help Pup & Cat continue to be successful through adopting, volunteering, fostering, and donating.
Being a volunteer for Pup and Cat has been a great experience. Being a volunteer for Pup and Cat has brought be closer to my community, taught be how wonderful dogs and other animals can be, and brought me many pets that are my world. I am very thankful to be part of this rescue.
I have adopted two pups from Pup and Cat Co. This is an awesome rescue group that truly cares about animals. Since my pups were cared for in foster homes before I adopted them, they were well cared for, healthy, and socialized. The foster homes took great care of them! I highly recommend this rescue .
We have adopted several pets over the years, and each time Pup and Cat has been there for our family and our pets. They've made sure the pets we brought home were utd on all shots, spayed/neutered, and a good fit for our family. We have adopted 2 dogs and 2 cats and loved them all. They also helped me catch and spay several stray cats. Their commitment to the health and well being of strays, and animals in need, is remarkable.
They work so hard to save every life they can. They have made such a difference for so, so many animals and people. They deserve an award for the huge numbers of those they've helped as well as their constant work for education and awareness of animal treatment issues. We have a precious boy we adopted that has brought so much love into our lives. I could never thank them enough for all that they do.
Pup and Cat have been amazing. I started volunteering at adoption days and transporting animals when needed to fostering a mama cat and her 2 babies that were found living under a porch in poor shape. After rescuing them as I was driving down the road one evening the car in front of me threw a kitten out of their window going about 45mph! I stopped and picked up the scared little fella and called on Pup and Cat who didn't hesitate to get him to the vet immediately. After seeing the vet he came home with me recovered and was adopted by a fellow volunteer! I have adopted one of mama's kittens and still have her and the brother. Pup and cat will continue to help find their furever home no matter how long it takes and that is why they are truly special people.
We first learned about Pup & Cat Co after a 14 year old red tick coonhound was surrendered from their owner due to mistreatment.
Pup & Cat Co put resources towards this "old lady" dog --- they spayed her and took out some cancerous spots. It seems so rare to see older dogs being given a last chance for a good life, and they enabled that for our sweet girl.
A year later we started fostering another sweet hound.
All has been such a great experience!
Pup & Cat Co. are an amazing group! We adopted a puppy rescued from a situation where they were living outdoors with little food. We had been talking about fostering and ended up temporarily fostering another puppy. Shortly after we had been asked to foster a few puppies until they got a call about a puppy who was found on the side of the road who was infected with fleas and hit by a car. She was in rough shape and needed a medical foster. We decided to foster her when she was discharged from the vet. Her story touched us and we were in constant contact with Kim from Pup & Cat to see how she was doing. We had a few scares and were afraid she would not make it. After a blood transfusion and losing her hearing and vision she was “out of the woods” and we got to meet her. The vet said that Carrie had told her to “Do whatever it takes to save her, whatever the cost.” Everyone who is a part of Pip & Cat care so deeply about the cats and dogs that they rescue. They will do whatever it takes to save them and find them loving home. Not once did they give up on that puppy, despite how bad her situation was. That puppy, Sadie, has since gone on to make a full recovery and her leg is healed, fleas, scrapes, and bruises are gone, and her vision and hearing is completely restored. We are so thankful that they never gave up on her. Two months later and she is as good as new; all because the love and compassion they had for her. We were amazed by the outpouring of love from the Pup & Cat community checking on her during her recovery. I know I said this group is an amazing group, but that doesn’t even completely describe them. They have changed our family and given us two of the sweetest dogs; two dogs that someone else could have turned their backs on. They didn’t and we are so happy to have them as part of our family. We believe in “paying it forward” and will continue to help in any way that we can. We can’t thank Pup & Cat enough! You guys are the best and we are so thankful for you!
Pup & Cat Co is a wonderful rescue organization that puts the animals first. My wife and I rescued our first dog through PAC and instantly fell in love with the organization. We ended up volunteering at their adoption events, fostering, and eventually rescuing another dog through them. PAC often times goes out of its way to save injured/neglected dogs that would have otherwise not stood a chance. PAC's dedication to fitting dogs to the right homes, and the way they treat and care for all dogs, not just the ones in their organization, are what I love most about this rescue.
We have been volunteering with Pup & Cat Co since 2016. We have fostered 25 dogs to date & received unconditional support from PAC throughout our fostering experience. As volunteers on Saturdays during their weekly adoption events and other major fundraising events, we have witnessed PAC's dedication and compassion. They are a great rescue organization who truly put the animals needs first.
Let's start by saying I love everything about Pup and Cat Co. I have been a volunteer going on 3 years and it is truly a top notch rescue. They go above and beyond taking the best care of every dog that comes into their rescue. I also do community outreach and I deal with chained dogs and have had my share of bad owners surrender their dog. When I need help with these poor dogs, Pup and Cat has had my back on many occasions and helps me get them adopted to wonderful homes. And lastly, the volunteers and the people who run the rescue are like family.
This rescue organization is simply amazing. They are quick to rush in and save an animal in need without a second thought. They have helped countless animals survive and find loving homes. They take on tough cases, pregnant moms, owner surrenders, heart worm positive- you name it! I’ve had the pleasure of volunteering with these amazing people and they are all so kind and super compassionate about helping animals.
Pup & Cat Co. saved my sweet Libby when she was a 6 month old puppy after being hit by a car. They sacrificed their time and money to save her life and I couldn’t be more thankful! They’re a rescue who cares so much about their animals ♥️
When I found a starving abandoned dog walking in front of two cars in the middle of the road, I reached out to several rescues for help. One I had already passed the home check with and an approved foster. The ONLY rescue that called me back was Pup and Cat. After going through all legal channels in case the pup ran away, I was able to foster him for the rescue. I ended up keeping this beautiful boy, and have adopted a few more since then. This rescue is true to the heart of saving everything they can. They are foster based, and need fosters and donations to keep going. They are all strictly volunteers.
