Nonprofit Overview
Mission: The pulitzer center promotes in-depth engagement with global affairs through its sponsorship of quality international journalism across all media platforms and an innovative program of outreach and education.
Programs: The pulitzer center's program services in 2014 were in print journalism, broadcast journalism, and the dissemination of both through a broad program of outreach and education. In print and broadcast journalism the center commissioned 84 projects, with placement in dozens of news-media outlets. The center's education and outreach programs included in-person presentations at over 50 schools and universities and the development of ongoing relationships with schools in the following cities: st. Louis, chicago, new york, washington, philadelphia and baltimore.
