Mission: To promote human empowerment and civic responsibility, and to facilitate quality of life opportunities for economically and socially disadvantaged populations.
Programs: Community development- provides services on home energy and security improvements, home energy assistance and transitional housing for homeless and persons with hiv and other infectious diseases.
children services- provides a licensed day care for ages 2 1/2 to 5 years old up to 49 slots. Provides an after school and summer program for children between ages of 5 to 10, up to 34 slots.
national center for training, support and technical services- provides community based organizations with the tools, knowledge and skills necessary to enhance and sustain their organizational infrastructure and prevention intervention services.
