Mission: As people of providence, we reveal god's love for all, especially the poor and vulnerable, through our compassionate service. To support providence newberg medical center.
Programs: Distribution to, or on behalf of, providence newberg medical center for operations fall in line with the foundation by-laws for distributions. The funds went to programs such as:education: reimbursements for continuing education of health care providers and other support teams. Child loss: funds to support families who have lost an infant or child during childbirth. Included book and education materials. Faith in action: an outreach program of providence newberg medical center, faith in action coordinates volunteers to support the frail & elderly in non-medical support to keep these individuals in their homes. Birth center: funds for bassinets. Pediatric fund: supports clinical rehabilitation for children with special needs. Mission fund: bibles in big print. Women's and children's services: supports behavioral and mental health program within a medical home model. Provides 20-minute therapy appointments to referred patients.
