Mission: Propempo works primarily with and through local churches, and related organizations, to expand biblical understanding and vision for ownership of strategic missions involvement. Propempo provides consultation and training for developing strategic focus, then continues with missionary training and counseling, especially for challenging fields.
Programs: Consultation (u. S. -based organizational consultation, missionary training, international projects & consultation, and conference ministry): conference teaching, presentation, and coordination; u. S. Ngo agency, church, and field-based training; organizational and team consulting in u. S. , mediterranean, and north african contexts; fire corporate and personnel mentoring; policy development, overseas project development, including personnel supervision and shepherding.
teaching ministry & services: teaching and training for cross-cultural service, including diversity training; organizational development training, including field strategic focus; curriculum development and supervision for cross-cultural service; perspectives courses, ngo teaching, preaching and workshop presentation, teaching for corporate international mobilization.
leadership development & resource development: mentoring and teaching of leaders and teams; ngo leadership development services; strategic planning; resource writing and internet-based content development; networking resources and relationships for cross-cultural engagement; production and dissemination of resource materials; recruitment and training of staff and associates to do the same.
