Programs: 2017 ny perc cetp classes safety and training classes were held throughout the state at different geographic locations during the months of march through august 2017. 300 students were put thru these class offerings. The training program is an ongoing project. 2017 ny perc pull the plug water heater safe installation program to promote safe installation of propane appliances and foster consumer safety awareness. Project commenced january 2017 with incentives awarded in to the fall of 2017. A supplemental marketing program was initiated in december 2017.
