Mission: Project transformation tennessee, inc. Provides programming for college students interested in pursuing various aspects of ministry and a revitalization of urban churches. It meets these two needs by working with children in communities surrounding certain churches. These churches are utilized as sites for summer day-camp programs designed and implemented by college interns. The goal is to provide community-oriented, safe and caring summer and after-school programs for children and youth; and offer leadership training, career exposure and ministry exploration opportunities for young adults.
Programs: Summer enrichment program and after school program for children. 788 children and youths were cared for at 9 summer sites and 3 afterschool sites.
ministry and leadership internship program. Approximately 90 young adults served as interns.
fellowship program for 3 recent graduates who each serve a one year term participating in weekly leadership courses and receiving ongoing coaching.
