Causes: Health, Home Health Care
Mission: Created to serve the underprivileged elderly clients by providing essential basic needs to these individuals. Also to provide employment to those in the community who can assist these clients.
Programs: Phc foundation provides assistance with daily living activities for each of these clients. We have maintained our contract with council on aging and continue to provide assistance through the vision aide program, as well as the medical alert system.
