Mission:
VISION The Princeton Senior ResourceCenter will be a primary resource forseniors in the wider Princeton community andtheir caregivers. It will provideinformation, education, referrals, counseling and advocacy for issues relatingto all stages and transitions in the aging process. The Center will be a dynamic place where seniors will gatherand participate in activities that promote healthy aging including socializing,exercise, seminars and classes, volunteering and recreation. ThePSRC will collaborate with participants and other community organizations toaddress needs and current concerns of older adults and their families as wellas to be responsive to emerging needs in this diverse community.
Programs: ENGAGED RETIREMENT Program helps people prepare for an active and satisfying retirement, going beyond financial planning to include all issues of lifestyle, emotional and physical health, community engagement, family and time management. It includes applying old skills in new ways and acquiring new skills, continued employment options and volunteering in workshops for employees and community organiations.
