Causes: Blind & Visually Impaired Centers, Disabilities, Human Services
Mission: To address the needs of individuals who are blind and visually impaired, through the integration of education, community outreach, rehabilitative services and adaptive equipment, to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of function and independence.
