Top reasons why I support PCF:
1) Based on all the evidence, prevention is BY FAR the most important and effective way to combat the world's second leading killer.
2) PCF is extremely efficient with it's donation dollars and has one of the lowest overhead rates in the country. It's also very transparently run.
3) The staff and board are passionate and dedicated to the cause in a way that I don't find very often in other organizations (esp with boards)

I find that Prevent Cancer Foundation to be very helpful for me to provide my patients with the latest information and channels of support that is availble. I also find that I learn a little something everytime I go to the site or receive updates. I run the ostomy support group for our region and have utilized the site in preparing to present to the members.
