Causes: Human Services, Seniors, Supportive Housing for Older Adults
Mission: Health services are provided to the elderly while promoting wellness and independence in a dignified manner.
Programs: Adult care facilities and services for the accommodation of adults with physical or other limitations who are not acutely ill and not in need of hospital care where no adequate housing exists for such people. For 2016, program accomplishments are as follows: 1. 14 individuals per day were served for social day care; 2. 221 individuals received home care services; 3. Provided 54 beds for adult care services; and 4. Provided 42 beds for assisted living services.
