Mission: Thousands of people flee from persecution each year and arrive in the U.S. without any knowledge of the legal system or money to pay for a lawyer. PAIR helps fill that void by recruiting, training and mentoring volunteer lawyers to represent asylum-seekers without charge, and advises and represents immigration detainees.
Programs: Providing legal services to low income persons seeking political asylum and related relief from deportation in the new england area.
