I attended Pinecrest as a teen and my 2 sons attended a few years ago. The experience they had was as meaningful as it was for me. Classes are relevant for todays youth. It does not matter if your child is shy or outgoing, they will fit in! The program is designed to help kids meet in class and within cabin groups. Even though my kids do not live in NY, they enjoyed the experience.
Faculty and Staff are amazing people who put the campers first in every way!

Mission: The mission of pinecrest is to develop leaders in the evangelical lutheran church in america and the one, holy, catholic and apostolic church; to train young women and men to serve christ's church more ably by personal spiritual growth and increase of knowledge; develop in them a deeper loyalty to their savior jesus christ; and instill in them a true sense of their responsibility as christians.
