Mission: Pbjceoc is committed to alleviating poverty and assisting low-income individuals and families to secure knowledge, skills and opportunities to become self-sufficient and to lead lives of dignity.
Programs: Head start - this program provides comprehensive health, educational, nutritional, social, and other services to economically disadvantaged preschool children. The program encourages involvement of parents in activities with their children so that the children will attain overall social competence.
low-income home energy assistance program- provides heating and cooling assistance to qualified persons.
weatherization assistance program - provides services to qualified individuals and families to reduce the monthly energy burden on their households by improving the energy efficiency of the home.
