This non-profit reached out to our family and provided support to help with medical bills. We are very grateful for their kindness, compassion and support. The director has reached out several times to check on our child and to see what the Foundation can do to help.

This is a compassionate group of people with a mission to help children.

Our family new Philly when he coached in Lathrop, CA. Philly saw a need and help my son. Philly & Kim provided shoes, sports equipment and Kim even made sure he got team pictures when I was not able to afford these things. Kim started a non-profit in Philly's memory and has helped the team my son played on to be sure the team had sports equipment and awards at the end of the season.

This non-profit does what it says - invests in our kids, sports and community. Thank you.

I have volunteered at several projects the Foundation has sponsored from helping sports events in Lathrop to helping feed the homeless. I have also worked closely at a community event where we had a booth to spread the word of what the Foundation does in the area.

With inflation my husband and I could not afford for our son to play on his schools football team, I had heard about “Philly Baird is the change” foundation that provides ways to assist the “ underprivileged” its because of this our son was able to play on his schools football team last season. I feel that from the first time I reached out and made a request my son and our family were treated with love and respect. Thank you so much

We were financially struggling last year and had to make some cuts which included our son playing basketball. To play costs the fees, equipment etc. This organization reached out and paid the fees for our son to play for the season and even made sure he received team photos when they were distributed at practice. We feel like he even tried harder that season knowing that others paid to help him have the opportunity to play the season. The coach also had coached with Philly Baird in prior years and shared his story with the team and encouraged the team to do something for others, to show kindness and to the be the change you wish to see in the world. This organization is living their mission statement and is a blessing to the Lathrop community.
