I had found this place looking to adopt a Rottweiler. I recently lost my dog after 12 years. He was my world. I am a trainer and dogs are my world. Also, I assist with rescue transport and have fostered dogs. I reached out to her to adopt, I explained who I was and my experience. Right off the bat, they accused me of a hidden agenda. She was sooooo rude to me over email that I thought perhaps she had mistaken me for someone else, so, I called on the phone. She was still unbelievably rude to me. I was just trying to adopt a dog.
The application is really hard to find on the
website. The lady there is extremely hard to deal with.

Adopted a dog from here after losing our dog of 17 years about a year ago. After getting home and seeing a different dog in the house my husband & I had a completely shocking and unexpected reaction of grieving over our former dog. After an extremely emotional few days, we decided it was in the best interest of us and the dog to be taken back( per the adoption contract). I sent an email notifying them with an explanation and an apology, which they rightfully deserved. When dropping the dog off with about $200 In dog supplies to donate to the rescue, I was not treated very nicely and did not even get a thank you for the supplies. While, I think it’s wonderful what they do for the animals, they need to work in their people skills and dealing with clients/customers.

Fell in love with a dog just from profile and reading about her and her story. Put in a lot of time and effort in application. Felt like we put our hearts into it. Cannot believe the unfriendly and rude we were treated...was shocked at the level of customer service. Felt nothing but a bother to them ...must of the time you would barely get response. Upsetting to say the least.
