Mission: This organization promotes cancer awareness and empowers survivors through year-long efforts to raise funds critical in supporting vital breast cancer organizations, charities, and facilities that focus on breast cancer education, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment.
Programs: In the current fiscal year, the organization did not distribute any grants to organizations and facilities that focus on breast cancer education, diagnosis, prevention and treatment. The grants were disbursed after year-end. Fund raising activities included the sale of trinket type items at every penn state lady lion basketball game. The pink zone home game was the major fund raising event of the year with both a silent and live auction, the collection of $3 from game tickets sold and a post game reception for cancer survivors.
