Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Nonprofit Management
Mission: To facilitate strategic pro bono (free) consulting services to local non-profit and other charitable organizations. Utilizing the intellectual talent and professional skills of university of pennsylvania alumni who serve as volunteer-consultants to assist non-profit organizations with specific business and management needs.
Programs: Volunteer program - has completed several assignments using the following model: a project team of 4-6 alumni work together over the course of 8-10 weeks each devoting a few hours per week to assist the nonprofit organization with a specific business issue. At the end of each consulting engagement, a set of final recommendations is presented to the nonprofit client.
