Causes: Child Abuse Prevention, Crime & Law, Domestic Violence, Education, Educational Services, Mental Health, Sexual Abuse Prevention, Substance Abuse Prevention
Mission: To provide a comprehensive, community-level intervention program designated to promote youth leadership, advocacy, and respect for self and others as a means of violence prevention, awareness and education.
Programs: 2016 evaluation highlights include 100 of ss seniors graduated high school, 96 showed improvement in grades, 91 reported speaking up more for themselves and others, 92 reported demonstrating safety, equality and respect as norms every day as compared to 74 before joining, and 100 of family agreed their student believed they could make the world a better place as compared to 67 before joining. 80 of families surveyed reported their students grades had improved 100 of families surveyed reported their students respect for self has improved 100 of families surveyed reported their student is more helpful at home 100 of families surveyed reportedtheir students respect for others has improved 80 of families surveyed reported their student is more honest.
