Gina and Todd are living proof that out of every horrible event, one truly good thing will be born. As a way to pay others back after their home burned, they began Pay It Forward which has done remarkable work for the folks in their community using 100% of the profits generated by a Face Book charity auction site they stock with close out merchandise purchased by the truck load. They've been able to literally change lives in their hometown by installing handicapped bathrooms for paralyzed veterans, installing air conditioning in nursing homes, revamping walkways for wheelchair bound folks, cutting down huge dead trees surrounding an elder couples house. The list is endless and is living proof of their care and compassion.

We really are not a non-profit, we are a not for profit. We have a group that is called Pay It Forward: Mercer and Surrounding Counties and also one called Pay It Forward Christmas Child. Basically what we do is we give people a hand up instead of a hand out when there is a need. If a family suffers loss from a fire, flood, tornado, is homeless because of domestic situations or just down and out we lend them a helping hand. During the Christmas season we help children that fall through the cracks of society have a little merrier Christmas through helping them find sponsors. This year alone our group helped over 60 children from several different counties. This has been ongoing for 4 years now and it has been such a rewarding journey for us. We started the Facebook group in hopes that the message would spread and in our state it has! Everything we do comes out of pocket except for the sponsors purchases at Christmas. Donations of used furniture, clothes, shoes and such are taken in, but anything that costs comes from us. It would be a blessing to many people in this area if we could win this. We would also like to start blessing bags to hand out to the homeless in the area. Thanks for allowing us to have the chance to win. If needed, I can provide testimonies from people that have been helped by our group as well as the group members. God bless!
