Mission: In Girl Scouting, a core set of values forms a timeless base for programs, which are constantly evolving in response to the changing needs of American girls. Operating on the principle that girls grow, learn, and have fun by making decisions, doing and discovering for themselves, our programs aim to increase self-confidence and to support girls as they develop to their fullest potential.

Patriots' Trail programs incorporate girl-planning and decision-making, foster independent thinking, give priority to multi-cultural interaction, and initiate community service and collaborative efforts within our communities. We reach out to a broad range of girls, including at-risk populations.
