Mission: Partners in housing development corporation was incorporated as an indiana not-for-profit corporation in november 1993. The mission is to provide affordable housing to the people who most need a stable place to live, while giving them support and a chance to reach their highest level of self-sufficiency. To meet these objectives, the corporation's activities include, but are not limited to, the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, construction, and management of real property for low income housing and to provide supportive services.
