Mission: In 2001, recognizing that steps need to be taken to rescue a small town devastated by flooding and job loss, a group of concerned citizens established Parsons Revitalization Organization Inc. PRO is a grassroots community-based organization, consisting of volunteer private citizens collaborating with members of other organizations, businesses, individuals,and government entities that are concerned with improving the aesthetics and economic climate of the Parsons area.
