Horrible. Some of the doctors are great but it is by far the most incompetent staff I have encountered anywhere and that's pretty bad considering just how rampant that is in FL. Multiple unnecessary trips, long waiting time and poor communication skills. If you question anything, you're told you should be grateful and not complain - literally. Then I was accused of wanting to be seen before everyone else which is completely untrue and not even remotely close to what I was concerned about. First come, first serve, as it should be even though there are no real appointments. Of course I am grateful places such as these exist but how they are run makes or breaks a place and this one is broken. Save your money so you can go elsewhere until they get competant office staff that doesn't blame the client for their their poor service.
