Mission: Parker Learning Gardens cultivates the next generation of land stewards, food growers, and changemakers through hands-on education in sustainable agriculture, ecological restoration, and food justice. We empower youth and community members with the skills and knowledge to regenerate the land, restore biodiversity, and build a just, resilient food system. Rooted in regenerative farming and conservation, we transform landscapes, nurture ecosystems, and grow fresh, organic food to nourish our community. By fostering deep connections to the earth, we inspire action, resilience, and a shared commitment to a healthier future for all.
Target demographics: empower youth and community members with the skills and knowledge to regenerate the land, restore biodiversity, and build a just, resilient food system.
Direct beneficiaries per year: provide over 400 students (ages 1–17) and 100 families with immersive learning experiences, donated nearly 5,000 pounds of organic food to low-income families, hosted 2,844 student visits to our 33-acre educational farm, and provided over $9,000 in low-income discounts for our programming.
