Not very impressed, rarely hosts community engagement events, when they do they are lackluster, and seem as if the organizer's are having the events just to say that they are having them. There was one event in particular where local homeowners were invited to come to sign up for a possible homeowner's loan. Residents waited for hours, many were elderly, many left without being seen due to the disorganized and chaotic sign up process.

Mission: The mission of Park Heights Renaissance (PHR) is to help implement the Baltimore City Park Heights Master Plan, drive land and economic development, and partner with human development organizations that are transformative influences in the revival of a thriving and sustainable community.
Results: 1. Strengthen PHR administration in order to enhance the organizations’ effectiveness and long-term sustainability. 2. Build a diverse, stable and accountable revenue base to empower PHR to achieve its strategic objectives. 3. Reduce urban blight and its related consequences in the Park Heights community through physical and economic development. 4. Improve the quality of life for residents of the Park Heights community through programs and services that address human development needs. 5. Nurture ongoing partnerships with residents, community organizations, and policymakers to leverage PHR impact in the Park Heights community.
