All children will learn, grow and develop to realize their full potential. Parents as Teachers provides the information, support, and encouragement that parents need to help their children develop optimally during the crucial early years of life.
Programs: Heroes at Home is a 3-year old initiativedirectly managed by the NationalCenter. This initiative currently serves young,active duty military families at 12 sites nationwide. Through a new contract with the Department ofthe Army, the program will be expanded to an addition 24 bases in 2009.
