Mission: Our vision is to see very woman in church planting trained,
Programs: Basic training initiative: the basic training is an in-person four-day intensive for women in ministry and church planting. In 2017, over fifty women attended one of our basic trainings held in five different cities. To date, over 260 women have attended a basic training intensive. Our primary goal is to equip women to face the complex world of church planting and pastoral ministry by providing a gospel grid with practical, tangible tools to address life and ministry challenges.
networks & groups: parakaleo cohorts meet locally or virtually on a regular basis and are led by a trained parakaleo leader. In 2017, over seventy women joined a virtual or local group. Our goal is to create space for women in church planting to be renewed and restored by providing ongoing deep connection with trusted companions as well as training for current issues they are facing in church planting.
parakaleo group facilitation trains leaders to create an environment where the gospel is not just spoken but experienced. Our training emphasizes leading from weakness and our personal need of jesus. In 2017, we had six women attend the group facilitation training. Our primary goal is to train women to lead a parakaleo network or group.
