Mission: Palmetto Hearts serves and supports South Carolinians touched by Congenital Heart Defects and Diseases. Believing individuals? and families? needs vary as greatly as the CHDs affecting them, we offer several types of support?emotional, informational, and social. Through such efforts, we hope to share the trials and celebrate the joys of loving someone with a CHD.
