Programs: Conservation management of protected land acquired by the organization. Pac holds conservation easements on 60 properties and monitors each of these annually. In addition to the 60, pac also monitors 7 state owned properties and 1 other organization's property. Pac also monitors and manages 25 properties that are owned outright by the organization.

This program requires the preparation of organizational documentation validating the property's conservation values, preparation of conservation easement documents pertaining to the donation, and landowner meetings. This program also requires strategic planning in relation to watershed protection, as well as the full implementation of that protection in relation to conservation easement acquisition. The program interfaces with local, state and federal conservation initiatives.
education and public outreach to further the understanding of the critical nature of protecting and conserving the area's natural resources. The program oversees numerous presentations to schools and the general public, as well as prepares educational materials, news releases and website news and information.
