Mission: Pacific Rim Leadership's mission is to provide leadership training within the maritime setting of the Pacific Coast. Our goal is to develop skills and abilities to operate sea-going vessels. We also strive to develop strong character and entrepreneurial qualities and demonstrate how to help young people pass this knowledge on to others.We accomplish our purpose by: Recruit Young People with leadership potential. Surround Young People with strong positive examples, responsible men and women with the highest character, moral and spiritual capacities. Train Young People in values, confidence-building, peacemaking and team work. Training and education will lead directly to enhance employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
