Mission: Our own home ministries international exists to support and raise funds for our own home, an orphanage for children living with hiv/aids in jinja, uganda, east africa. The children are housed, fed, educated, provided medical care and loved.
Programs: Our own home ministries international, the 501(c)3 corporation, exists to provide charitable support to our own home in jinja, uganda, east africa. Our own home is a home for orphans living with hiv/aids. To date, all the funds and resources for the home have been donated by churches and private individuals and businesses. Our exempt purpose through the activities of this home is consistent (at the minimum) with the following descriptions in the irs definitions for 501(c)3 charitable organizations including: -relief of the poor, the distressed or the underprivileged -advancement of religion -lessening the burdens of government -combating community deterioration and juvenile deliquency
