Mission: To preserve cincinnatis architectural heritage
Programs: Otr adopt impacts vacant, dilapidated historic buildings in cincinnati neighborhoods, helping to ensure these buildings are preserved for future generations and brought out of the cycle of abandonment and blight. Otr adopt has done this through a combination of working to gain site control, clear title, stabilize structural deficiencies, and ultimately transfer the buildings to new owners who commit to fixing them up.
