Causes: Family Counseling
Mission: Our mission is to provide services to abused, neglected, and delinquent youth and their families.
Programs: Residential care services offer troubled adolescents a caring, supporting living environment in which the adolescents can address their treatment issues. The program services include case planning, counseling, skill training, and alcohol and drug education and counseling. The program fosters positive working relationships with public school personnel, health care providers, and potential employers. Focus is placed on community outreach and volunteer service, academic support, and family participation. Our dedicated and experienced staff has been providing quality services since 1991. We operate five group homes in southern wisconsin, three for boys and two for girls. Annually, the five group homes serve approximately 60 youth.
in-home safety and foster care services. In-home safety services provides safety intervention for children at risk of abuse and neglect. The goal of the program is to provide concentrated, in-home safety service to at-risk families so they remain safely together in the home. Foster care services provide a family environment in the home of trained foster parents who provide care, discipline, and skills training to youth who do not require the structure that a group home provides.
outpatient services provide confidential counseling and therapy services to adults and children in a traditional outpatient basis. Annually, the program serves approximately 75 families.
