Mission: To represent forest products companies before the oregon legislature, state agencies and other governmental bodies.
Programs: Oregon forest industries council (ofic) provides the public and its members with currrent information on environmental issues impacting the forest products industry. Member interests are represented to the legislature.
ofic provides its members with surveys and analysis of animal habitats, streams and waterway issues, aerial photography and vegetation mapping studies. At year end there were 61 business members belonging to the council.
