Mission: Oregon craft beverage council's purpose is to share the story of oregon wine, beer and spirit producers, encouraging oregonians to purchase beverages made locally, and to support oregon producers by educating and informing oregon consumers of the quality products made right here in oregon, as well as by educating state policy makers about what will help these industries grow.
Programs: Advertising in support of the oregon craft beverage industry: during 2016, oregon craft beverage council (ocbc) engaged a professional local branding agency to design and print materials and to produce and buy billboard space in order to continue raising the profile of oregon's rapidly expanding craft beverage industries by encouraging consumers to choose locally-made craft beverages.
general support for the craft beverage industry in oregon:during the year, ocbc continued to provide opportunities for 1) sharing information among industry businesses, and 2) education regarding regulations that impact the industry.
