The overall goal of communitylife is to increase community employment and community engagement for people with disabilities. Odc also provides day services programming, offering individuals opportunities to learn and expand life skills and build connections within the community. Individuals in the day services program may be involved in volunteer experiences in the community and other activities including computer training, cooking, money management, recreational activities and social skills training. All of odc programs are individualized based on a person centered plan, where individuals determine their personal goals and desired outcomes. Odc supports each person in achieving their goals and outcomes.
